How to forward Email to Multiple Addresses in cPanel?

Forwarding emails to many addresses is a common need when you handle multiple email accounts for your work. In cPanel, you can easily set this up without much technical knowledge. You can manage your emails better and saves time in checking each inbox separately.

Well, cPanel gives us two types of forwarders. One is the email account forwarder, and the other is the domain forwarder. When you use an email account forwarder, you can send a copy of every email received to another email address. This is very helpful when you want to check all your important emails from one place.

Sometimes, people use different email IDs for different parts of their business. Managing them one by one becomes tiring. If you set a forwarder, all emails from those IDs can reach your main account automatically. This helps you avoid missing any important messages.

Apart from this, cPanel also allows you to forward every single mail that comes to a domain to another domain. This option is called a domain forwarder. It becomes useful when your business uses more than one domain and you want to keep the communication flowing smoothly between them.

How to Set Up Email Forwarding in cPanel the Easy Way

All your emails can come to one place with cPanel’s email forwarding feature. cPanel gives you two ways, now let us understand how to do both.

Forwarding every email to another email address

First, you have to go to your cPanel and look for the section called Email.
In that section, you will find an option named Forwarders. You need to click that.
Once the Forwarders page opens, you will see a button that says Add Forwarder. Click that to go ahead.
Now you have to choose which domain you are working with. You will get a list of domains that are connected to your account. Select the correct one from that list.
Then, you will see a space where you can type the email ID that you want to forward. Fill that in properly.
Below that, you will get another space where you must enter the email ID to which the mails should be sent. This is the destination address where all the incoming mail will go. Check that both email addresses are correct.
Next, you can click on the Add Forwarder button. After that, your setup will be complete.

Forwarding all emails from one domain to another

Go to your cPanel and open the Forwarders section from the Email part.
On that page, you will see a button for Add Domain Forwarder. Before clicking that, choose the domain whose emails you want to send somewhere else. You will find a drop-down list there. Pick the correct domain from that list.
Next, you will see a box that asks you where to send those emails. In that space, write the destination domain. For example, if all emails from abc.com should go to xyz.com, then type that second domain correctly.
After that, click the Add Domain Forwarder button.

That’s all you have to do. Now, cPanel will take care of sending every mail from that domain to the one you selected.
